10.Why ribs are provided on steel bar?
The ribs are provided on the steel bar to create a good bonding between concrete and bar.
11.is the difference between shuttering and centring?
Formwork which supports vertical surface is known as shuttering and formwork which supports horizontal surface is known as centring.
12.Why slump test is done on concrete?
Slump test to determine the workability of the concrete.
13.What is the volume of trapezoidal footing.
